Doug made it fun to buy a car again! We have never liked buying a car in the past. We weren't looking forward to doing it this time either, but Doug Morris made it much easier than we could have imagined. He helped us find the car that had the things we wanted ( and a few we didn't know were even available on a car) and made sure it fit our budget. 10K oil change Was in and out very quick. Changed oil & filter, rotated tires, and did 10K check-up. Was out in 50 minutes. Very friendly staff!

service/repair review ON 10/11/11 I TOOK MY TOYOTA RAV 4 TO EVANS FOR A 45000 MILE CHECK UP. I WAS GREETED WITH A FRIENDLY SMILE AS SOON AS I GOT OUT OF MY CAR IN THE SERVICE BAY. WE DICUSSED WHAT ITEMS WERE TO BE CHECKED AND I WAS SHOWN THE WAITING AREA WHERE COFFEE AND DOUGHNUTS WERE WAITING. WITHIN 30 MINUTES THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS BACK TO DISCUSS WHAT THEY HAD FOUND AND I SELECTED MY OPTIONS. I ASKED FOR A SENIOR DISCOUNT AND RECEIVED A 10%DISCOUNT ON ALL THE WORK. Excellent service I purchased a Toyota RAV4 from a Canadian person and they had received a recall. In order to have the recall completed in the US the VIN for the car had to be transferred to Toyota US. Evans handled this difficult task and called me when the transfer was complete and I had the recall done to my satifaction. I now will have all of my service completed at Evans Toyota.

Salesman I just purchased my second car at Evans Toyota from a salesman named Greg Morris. I came in really needing help thinking my way through a currently owned used car that still had lots of life left in it, but repairs that were expensive and not able to be recouped. Doug helped me think through the advisibility of all options as they were best for me. In the end I purchased a new Prius that is just perfect. What a wonderful experience My husband and I have trusted Evans for all of our vehicle needs. They have always been good to work. We recently worked with Kyle in finance to purchase our new vehicle. Best Finance man in the business! I purchased a new car last week at Evans Toyota of Fort Wayne. The gentleman who wrote up the transaction and handled all the finances was one Kyle Chaney. In all my 70 years of purchasing cars (or RVs or vans), I don't remember having a better experience than sitting down with Mr. Chaney and completing the financial arrangements for this purchase.
