Dishonest Sales Tactics Dishonest advertising -- what they say is the selling price is NOT the selling price! Don't waste your time here, just move on to a more honest dealership.
I came in for an oil change for the first time since I came in for an oil change for the first time since driving my vehicle from CA three days previously. Jeremy the sales associate came to me in the waiting room and blamed the previous people who did my oil change for putting on my oil cap too tight (I have no way to prove that.) he informed me I would be paying $40 for a new cap and that they wouldn’t take responsibility for it since it wasn’t them who serviced the car last. NOPE!!! Not worthy of a star All the reviews about service must be for Toyotas only or whites only. Buyer Beware they will jack up the price with some outlandish paint and air for the tires totally almost $4000. Lack of Transparency Dealer knew we were driving an hour to see a specific new vehicle we were considering purchasing. Only after we arrived were we informed we could not buy the car unless we agreed to pay nearly $4,000 for a dealer protection package. The package was all the overpriced crap dealers used to try to sell after you agreed to a deal (paint and upholstery protection, etc.). The salesman called it a "market adjustment". was disrespected, lied to, and forgotten about Absolutely horrible experience ever going to a car dealership. Went to see a lower priced Toyota Corolla 2014 with 83,000 miles listed online, when looking for it I had this kid come out and pretend to tell me about the car. Scammers Terrible dealer. Beware of this dealer as they add additional worthless features to their cars and don't advertise that they do this as the price online will be $1495.00 more when you get to the dealership. This is how they make their money as these add ons cost them very little and have such a huge mark up. This is a shady practice. Please do your homework before buying. They will negotiate some of it down but very little so buy somewhere else as save yourself some money.
