Service indicated vehicle did not need oil change yet as it was running with synthetic oil. Tires were rotated. I mentioned I heard noise from left front. Service writer rated car before and after the tire rotation. He believed noise moved with the tire and after driving I agree. oil change Oil was changed in 30 mins, service technician found an issue with the water pump. Justin called it into warranty, found that it was completely covered and had it replaced the same day. Thanks!

Terrible Experience I purchased a used car from Evans Toyota on April 30 and it was a terrible experience. The vehicle I purchased was never properly inspected and should never have been certified in its current condition, despite being sold to me as such. I willingly paid a premium to Evans for a dealer-certified vehicle, which is not what I received. I quickly uncovered all these items soon after taking possession of the car. Recent Buyer My purchasing experience was very good. After that, downhill. It has been 60 days since I bought the car. I still can't get plates. No one called me to let me know why. There has been no follow up on how the vehicle is doing and am I still happy. If I am selling a vehicle I would follow up to secure the next purchase. I won't be back.

Took far too long It should not take over 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation completion. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm afraid to breach my warranty, I would do the job on my own and never have my vehicle serviced at this dealership again. After almost two hours, I asked how much longer it would be and they had JUST gotten my vehicle into the bay to work on it. They told me it would take 45 minutes to another hour to complete.
