This is the modern day mail in "Trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty" scam. This company has NO BASIS for existence or contact with a NEW VEHICLE owner.Providing a one star review only because zero stars are not allowed.Your marketing practices are deceptive and underhanded. This company is definitely a scam. Recently, I received a post card which includes my vehicle information, saying that "our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated ...". It looks like an official letter from my vehicle manufacturer and so I called them. This company is sending out response to this notice requested about automobile warranty that has your make and model on the top corner of the letter. It makes it sound like your extended warranty that you applied for will no longer be valid if you do not send in this information. This letter is a scam and it is not part of your manufacture, extended warranty. Very deceptive practices.

This company is a SCAM and should be part of a class-action lawsuit. 1. When I purchased the policy what I was told on the phone was not what was in the contract.2. I called in to cancel the policy because of this, They made an attempt to correct it so I decided to not cancel.3. When it came time for me to file a claim, I was told by customer service on a recorded call, that I had to pay out of pocket and be reimbursed.
