This company is a SCAM and should be part of a class-action lawsuit. 1. When I purchased the policy what I was told on the phone was not what was in the contract.2. I called in to cancel the policy because of this, They made an attempt to correct it so I decided to not cancel.3. When it came time for me to file a claim, I was told by customer service on a recorded call, that I had to pay out of pocket and be reimbursed. Complete scam the number they gave me stopped working as soon as I purchased a plan. When I called the next day to inquire about info I had not received numbers dont work. Discover card will be called not to accept any charges from them. Complete scan

I received a direct mailer from this company with very very deceiving information. First of all, the mailer had a warning "Penalty for private use, $300". I think that is very deceiving because it makes the letter appear as if it was a official matter, which is not! Above that line, there is a sentence that says "Official Business" I don't have any official business with this company nor do I want to.
