These reviews confirmed exactly what I suspected. I keep getting these offers to provide vehicle maintenance protection on a car that is owned by my wife. The only "vehicle protection" she ever had on the vehicle was the factory warranty given by ******* so your offer of "updating" the vehicle protection plan you mention is totally bogus. Needless to say, she is tossing them in the trash with more gusto than she did before. Scam. Their mailings make it look official for your vehicle. Not sure how they have an A rating without a single positive review here. Read all the reviews and throw that junk mail away.

This company uses deceptive marketing techniques to dupe consumers into purchasing an extended warranty for their car. They work very hard to make it seem like they are the actual manufacturer and not a third party insurance provider. BEWARE!

This company keeps mailing 'motor vehicle service notifications' about updating MY car's "protection program"... all addressed to my husband. He has nothing to do with my vehicle and never has; my ownership of it predates our relationship. I have called numerous times to be taken off their mailing list as I never owned the car they keep trying to sell me a warranty on. Also, my name is incorrect so this is clearly a scam.Every time I called I was assured I would be taken of the mailing list. I suppose that is why I still keep getting their unwanted notices in the mail.They avoid adding their address so you can't even return to sender.

Im Paying $138/month for warranty protection and coverage since a year. But whenever time came to fix issues with the car, They are saying those are not cover ? This really are scamming so badly and unknowingly
They couldn't even get my name correct in the bogus letter they sent.
This company is a scam. My car is still under warranty but this bogus letter says that "Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated." It looks official because it has your make, model, VIN on it. But I'm guessing that information can be obtained from public record or it was somehow obtained. And I get these letters several times a month. Always saying it is urgent I respond. But I don't respond by the date on the letter and I get another letter with a new letter a few w... read more
