They couldn't even get my name correct in the bogus letter they sent.
This company is a scam. My car is still under warranty but this bogus letter says that "Our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated." It looks official because it has your make, model, VIN on it. But I'm guessing that information can be obtained from public record or it was somehow obtained. And I get these letters several times a month. Always saying it is urgent I respond. But I don't respond by the date on the letter and I get another letter with a new letter a few w... read more
Have called numerous times to be taken off mailing list as I have never owned the car they keep trying to sell me a warranty on. Have been hung up on 3 times when I stated I would like my name and address removed so they will stop sending me this c*** in the mail.

I got one of your cards for my new *** 2023 Carnival. I called the number on the card to find my since my car is new. The person I talked to said tha I had called the activation number and started telling about he was go give me protecton till **** and I kept trying to tell him I didn't want the protection. This is the modern day mail in "Trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty" scam. This company has NO BASIS for existence or contact with a NEW VEHICLE owner.Providing a one star review only because zero stars are not allowed.Your marketing practices are deceptive and underhanded. This company is definitely a scam. Recently, I received a post card which includes my vehicle information, saying that "our records indicate that you have not contacted us to have your vehicle service contract activated ...". This company is sending out response to this notice requested about automobile warranty that has your make and model on the top corner of the letter. It makes it sound like your extended warranty that you applied for will no longer be valid if you do not send in this information. This letter is a scam and it is not part of your manufacture, extended warranty. Very deceptive practices.

After recently purchasing a new car, we received their very deceptive mailing, made to appear as if it came from some official, possibly governmental agency, with the goal of trying to trick the recipient into calling their phone number.
