Zero stars, would not recommend. "We've been trying to reach you about your car's warranty" but they do it by blasting out endless mail solicitations. These policies rarely offer bumper-to-bumper coverage or cover the entire engine; they are essentially expensive insurance. Stay away from such solicitations, Consumer Reports has been warning people about these offers since at least 2016.

They send spam mail regarding vehicles I have never owned. Just another fake warranty company trying to prey on innocent people. Highly recommend something be done about these people.

Would go negative 5 stars if I could. Called the phone number on the advertisement ***************) and asked to be removed from mailing list. Lady said sure and hung up on me. I called back and asked if she needed my contact info in order to be removed from mailing list. The lady stated, "I have your contact, if you call back you'll be re-added to list" and she hung up again. Threat?? Still getting their mail. Harassment !!! These people do not know what the word NO means. They continue to call me and send me mail solicitations weekly. I tell them that I am not interested in their service and to put me on their DO NO CALL list. The recording always says that if I do not respond, my offer will expire, but it never does. They just keep calling and mailing junk to me. If I could get my hands on them I would strangle someone.

I recently purchased a new car. Soon afterwards I started receiving snail mail that is designed to make you think it came from the auto dealer and that your factory warranty may not be current and that this is their FINAL urgent notice warning you that you will be financially liable for all repairs if your factory warranty has expired. ****** has to be the rudest sales person I've ever met in my life hes hurting your business and a smart a** too. I will never do business with you and if I know of anybody trying to do business with you I will steer them away from you. That is the worst customer representation you could possibly have.

A while back my 92 Year old father received a mailing designed to look like Cadillac offering a car warranty. He called me about it and I said don't do it but he wasn't in his right mind and called them thinking it was really Cadillac offering this. They charged $4600 on Mom's Credit Card for a ridiculous warranty that was not needed on this 2019 Car.
