I have received multiple "TIME SENSITIVE" mailers from this company identifying my specific new 2024 car, stating "Our records indicate that you HAVE NOT CONTACTED us to get your service contract up to date"...."you may still have time to activate coverage...'. It even includes an approval number. I finally found in smaller print at the bottom the name identifying this company after wondering if the 3500 I spent already on my extended warranty was cancelling on me. What a misleading predator.
This is clearly a SCAM to extend an auto warranty. They have no affiliation with the auto's manufacturer but the "official business" is intended to deceive.
This company are scam artists. Stay away. They are trying to portray themselves from Acura. They have threatening language in the letter. And they suggest there's a $300 penalty for "Private Use"... whatever that is. How do these people sleep at night?
This is a scam..a letter was sent to me and if you dont read thoroughly you may think it was from your car Manufacturer. In very small print it said Evercare Direct. They are definitely playing on fear and seniors. Dont fall for this scam. I have only owned my vehicle for 2 months. And their trying to sell and extended warranty. This should be illegal. Money grabbers trying to get your money.i never purchase extended warrantys from anyone even the OEM.s.
After sending a cancellation letter to cancel my policy after my husband charged $1900 on our credit card. I still have not seen the return of my money. Going to go to BBB and put in a complaint. I am also seeing where their license is and complain to the **** office.

Mailing about my 2024 Outback. These mailings are considered illegal by FCPA. It's nothing but a scan to take people's hard earned money. Someone really should *** these people.
Total scam. Pushy liars. Thank fully i picked up on it. Plus i already have a warrenty through ghe dealership that i pay for. They were trying to get 375$ a month for ONLY two years! Then i say well i dont have that. Not even close. O well we will give yoi a discount to 140$. "but its only two years and your good". Deceptive advertising - a letter without a return address nor a business name up front, on a vehicle I purchased a few months ago. When I called the listed number 888-this man picked up the phone talking as if he was still in bed then giving me an absurd quote for my 4/48 extended warranty of $200 a month.. such a waste of time and attention given !!!
