Although no mechanical work was done they did find discrepancies with the KwikKar shop on Marsh Ln. I appreciate that because I feel like they destroyed my engine in which now leaves me without a vehicle and Ewing discovered that.

Not impressed. They did not have a loaner first time I went and the second time the loaner was dirty inside. Also, the mechanic left a patch of oil on my floor mat and some tools were left there too. Seems to me they are not a luxury dealership

When I came to get my car, it wasn't washed and the associate was in the bathroom for more than 25 minutes.

They told me my car needed a new engine for $11k or to buy a new car. No evidence, no testing, no quote or work order even when I asked for it in writing TWICE. Never going back to that dealership again.
I am not exactly happy with some aspects of how the service is offered and explained. I understand how there is a need for a diagnostic fee. However, what I don't understand is the lack of communication. It was frustrating dealing with a software issue, having to return the truck multiple times,, and not having a service advisor understand the truck or the software. Went in for an oil change and a tire sensor repair. Upon arriving I had to wait in my SUV for a long period of time. When I final met with my service advisor the first thing he wanted to sell me was a $1500+ maintenance package. Then they said when checking the tire sensors there were 3 that were not working even though the vehicle only showed one not working. The repair was over $500.00 for the 3 sensors. The quote for replacing the sensors on my tires way out of line. The light still coming on. Took it to NTB and they reset the tire monitor and no more light on. Didn't charge me. I have been going to Ewing for my vehicles and service over 20 years. Very disappointed.

Didn't like waiting 90 minutes to get service. Why make an appointment? Coffee cold. Took over 15 minutes to check out.
