It was Olay service takes twice longer
I was charged for things that I should not have been after the report given. The information was not very clear. I like Herb though
I was very disappointed with my service at Ewing Buick GMC. Mr. Steve on my first appointment said that he was not going to charge me for the service and when I got there he did. Also, I asked to have an oil change and it was not done. On my second appointment, after about an hour of waiting Mr. Steve said that the part they put in was bad but he had another one to replace it. They misplaced my car for two weeks before any work was started. Communication was poor at times and frustrating. Everyone was friendly and work was done well though.
Jim B at Ewing is always the best for service. The issue has never been with the service dept. And again Jim is great. However the car, a 2014 Enclave has been a real "service hog" for the approx 70k miles we have had it. It seems like 2 out of every 3 times we take it in for just an oil change there is more service needed that adds up to hundred or even over a thousand dollars.
Just too expensive to get anything fixed here
They refused to fix my Tahoe's transmission because the warranty company wanted to ship one in to them.
Still not fixed, needed parts not in. No estimates when it will be fixed.
Was told by an independent car repair shop that the car needed to be repaired at dealership. Ewing excessively charged for labor ($400+/hr) and charged us for a 7 hour job that they completed in 4 hours. Will not be going back to this greedy dealership.
