Honestly this dealership is a joke. From the way you are greeted which didn't happen and I had to ask about my appointment. Then to have a simple request of not placing oil change rag on windshield only to be told that that is what we do and if they put it there the gentleman whonhelpes me said he would move it. then another thing that I thought was weird nobody was friendly and then you have so many people in the process of checking people out. I dont own a vehicle from this dealer and didn't receive service on the vehicle specified. I've called the dealership (no surprises that they don't call back), left Google reviews, and other online communications. Yet I continue to get these requests for surveys and reviews.
Lying and can't do any work looking for insurance free checks
Made an appt for my oil change. Was told it would take a max of 2 hours. Waited, after 3 hours I checked to see if it was done and the front desk told me not yet. I ended up waiting 6 hours. Then I was told by a manager that my car was ready to go 1 1/2 hours in. He didn't understand why no one told me it was ready to go until after 6 pm.
Took vehicle to Ewing due to alignment issues. Was told nothing was wrong with me vehicles alignment. Took my vehicle to another dealership and they advised my alignment was not straight and they fixed it.
New service advisor not as helpful as prior who retired. Jim

FRAUD ALERT Worst Experience Ever! I had the absolute worst experience at this dealership and feel obligated to share so others don't fall into the same trap.
