GMC is unable to obtain parts. Car has been in the shop 3x for the same issue. Each time the issue has not been resolved due to parts not available or when parts arrive they are not working. Frustrated.
A joke. Place has gone down hill fast
Overcharged Checked other repair auto shops on work done Would have been much cheaper
You know a dealer has problems when rather than replace parts the "best they can" is splice wires together.

The cashier doesnt wanna use my 10% off of my oil change this is the second time and she always always said now I dont know why I receive 10% off on your emails and the cashier doesnt want to use it ??
Been using this dealership since owning my truck and have had good experience in the past. However, this visit I found they informed me they increased their oil change price AFTER I scheduled my appt. and was denied use of my online "special" service coupon for the second time. Be sure to read fine print for exclusions. Most likely my last visit to this dealership.
