Bad infrastructure There were no utensils. When enquired I was told that I will have to ask and carry it myself. No cleaning supplies either. The stove was hardly working making it difficult to cook anything.

One of the worst hotels ever considering the price We did not like anything about this extremely overpriced hotel. Overhead light shade was on floor when we entered the room. Luckily it fell before we got there or we could have been injured. They do not do housekeeping on a daily basis so if you need clean towels you have to go to the office to get them. Too many things wrong to list.

Fraudulent charges The stay was good but the hotel charged me 200 dollars on accident without notification which caused over drafting of my account I’ve been unable to pay my cellphone bill because there is still a hold on my account and I have late and overdraft fees I’ve used your site before with other hotels and have never had any issues like this then the assistant manager who made the mistake says there is nothing she can do and it was not their fault

Dirty hotel...would never stay there again. Outside hallwats were filthy, room was dirty and it felt like seedy people hanging around.

Balloon festival rip off Paid 273 a night for a partially cleaned room and no room service room wasn’t turned day on day 2 used the towels we Brought with us it’s crazy price doubled for a balloon festival I didn’t even attend

Becauae this hotel is an extended stay they don’t even make the bed or give you fresh towels daily. This hotel at best is a 2 out of 5. I will never stay at an Extended stay again, and I had to pay $188 a night because I stayed during the Balloon Festival, they should be ashamed.

It was my understanding that I booked a room with two doubles beds for my husband and daughter. My husband told me he slept on the floor because there was only one double bed that they could not both fit in.

Find another place. I've never had a hotel tell me I'd be charged $25 to check in early. I arrived from the airport at 1:30 pm Check in was 3pm No cars in the parking lot and looked like plenty of rooms ready. I came back at 3:30pm. When I checked out at 7am did anyone offer me a refund for checking out early - no. Really ? There are plenty of cheap hotels around Abq. Airport when your looking for just one night. Try a different one.
