First off, lots of very negative reviews, almost kept me from booking. I had a 2 night stay, short visit to ABQ, but switching to Ext Stay saved me about half the cost on my hotel. So DO NOT BELIEVE most of the negative comments. Office, Breakfast area, grounds and room were all quite clean and the area did NOT seem unsafe. Only drawbacks I felt were ONE - no ice machines. They should add them OR since rooms have fridges, put an ice cube tray and have it full each day they do housekeeping/for new guests. TWO - I wish they ha... read more

Rooms need to be more cleaner...bedsheets and covers need to be replaced since they have black stains on them...housekeeping is not done daily...and yalls complimentary breakfast needs an upgrade

Clean room but I saw 3 roaches. I told the desk they were thankful I told them. It has been 2 days and I have not received my deposit. Also they went up to $200 for a deposit. Nowhere did it say a $200 deposit was required. It use to be $100.
Very clean hotel and helpful staff.
