Probably wont stay here again We are not the "needy" type when it comes to staying at hotels so basic amenities are usually fine, however this one fell a little short of our expectations, even with a good price point. Now we know why it was a lower nightly rate. The cleanliness was fine (not bad, not great but just good enough). There were no services available what so ever. No room cleaning until you check out. Overall, staff was not training properly to take care the customer. Property under average in cleaning including the room itself. This is the last time I would stay in this hotel name. Thank you for asking my opinion
The Good - my room was clean, and provided me exactly what I needed for my stay. The Bad - Every day, there was new trash on the ground in the elevator. The same dusty footprints were all over the interior door of the elevator everyday I was there indicating the elevator was never cleaned, despite Extended Stay America's literature posted on the walls indicating their partnership with multiple cleaning product companies to ensure a healthy, clean environment. Our stay at extended stay was pleasant.
Debatable Stay Check in wasn’t too smooth. Gentleman claiming to be newly hired GM didn’t know how to work computer. Room was clean but not too many pillows for two people. “GM” took up two parking spaces when he parked his large truck. Dog barking late at night front desk wouldn’t answer, had to go down there, finally stopped after two hours.
This was the first time staying at this location and it was a excellent experience and highly recommended
