Employees were nice and helpful. We were informed on arrival that several rooms had flooded and our room was one of them. The front desk clerk was already on the phone with Expedia trying to come up with a resolution. The front desk was able to find another room that had been marked as out of order but said it had been cleaned that morning. Very happy until we walked in the room and the kitchenette floor was so sticky, my flip flop was pulled off my foot. The carpet was filthy too. Great place to stay overall. Could use an upgrade. The beds were comfy, the kitchenette and bathroom were clean, but it is really time to consider replacing the carpet. Very stained and old looking.

Adequate for price paid. Great View! The location to watch balloons launched was perfect. Easy access to all sorts of places to eat. The room was adequate for 1 person..but cramped for 2. Bathroom was small. The cleaning solution used to clean was soooo strong, like evergreen. In 3 days it never dissipated. The towels were cleaned but extremely used and worn.

Not great. The hotel is clearly understaffed, so I feel for the staff that is there, but the hotel is suffering. Our room was not clean when we checked in, the trash had not been removed in the bathroom or the kitchen, and the carpets were literally sticky. The fridge did bot work. You’ll beed to request everything - coffee maker, blankets, cookware, etc. There wasn’t an actual comforter or duvet on the bed - just a sheet a duvet cover and the bed was incredibly hard. The fridge also did not work. The stairs had spilled coke... read more

We stayed here for the balloon fiesta. It is a perfect location for that, as it is on a hill and you have a clear (though far away) view of all the balloons in front of the mountains. However, we got in late the first night and the sheets on one of the beds had dark stains that looked like blood on them. It was obvious they were "clean" but the blood stains were still a no go. When I went to get new sheets the employees were extremely helpful, but the new sheets they gave me were very old and worn, though clean. When I went ... read more

Probably wont stay here again We are not the "needy" type when it comes to staying at hotels so basic amenities are usually fine, however this one fell a little short of our expectations, even with a good price point. Now we know why it was a lower nightly rate. The cleanliness was fine (not bad, not great but just good enough). There were no services available what so ever. No room cleaning until you check out. Bed was fine but pillows were hard. NO coffee, tea, or even water.....not to mention no ice machines or vending ma... read more

Overall, staff was not training properly to take care the customer. Property under average in cleaning including the room itself. This is the last time I would stay in this hotel name. Thank you for asking my opinion
