The front desk staff is awesome, friendly and helpful. The hotel is filthy in the rooms and the common areas. If this place were clean if would ve perfect. But it is in need of a major cleaning.

We chose this property on price and location while visiting family in Rio Rancho. Breakfast was muffins, granola bars and oatmeal packets, coffee, hot water and tea. It wouldn't hurt them to throw in a basket of apples for fresh fruit if they only want to go the grab-n-go breakfast route. It was clean, and as a suites place with a full size refrigerator and a stove top, you're free to go grocery shopping and make your own hot breakfast. It was clean and quiet. Ok, but not a hotel room. Just fine for 2 nights. They loaned me a coffee pot, and I purchased my own coffee and filters as there is none in the room. Breakfast was a terrible packaged muffin (first ingredient: sugar) and some packaged granola bars. It's probably just fine as intended - a longer term stay - but I prefer to have some amenities like in-room coffee and a full / continental breakfast with some nutrition.
