I think I prefer the other hotel off of main road, Location of hotel was hard to find, front desk clerk wasn't friendly at the hotel. Was assigned room w/ drape partly hanging. No dishes in room when hotel is advertised with kitchenette. No breakfast.

I paid for and asked for one room with Queen bed and when I arrived, the person behind the desk said we have a room with 2 beds reserved for you. I said well thats not what I reserved and he said well we don't have a room at the moment with one Queen bed. He said when I made the reservation they didn't have what I wanted and didn't want to tell me so they set the reservation anyways. I was surprised that they did not have hair dryers in the room and when I asked for one from the desk, it took over a day for them to have one. It has been so many years that every motel I have used has furnished hairdryers that I no longer take one along.

Convenient Location I stayed two nights while on business in Rio Rancho. While the location may seem a bit out of the way, it's actually very conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and business in Rio Rancho and the Cottonwood area. I stayed here many years ago and the hotel has definitely been upgraded since then. It's very clean, has a kitchenette and was comfortable. It is also a very safe location, important because I frequently travel solo.
