Extended Stay Review Breakfast was "grab and go" meaning they had muffins, granola bars and some instant oatmeal. You had to pay extra for wifi that would do anything more than check email.

We arrived at noon, but couldn't get our room until 3pm, unless we paid an additional $25.00! This is a bad policy, especially if you have driven a long distance and just are looking forward to a nice stay. Also, I had to go to the bathroom, but they had none available, so I drove over to Kohl's in order to go and than shopped until 3PM..The rooms were clean, the rest of the staff was fine, but because of my experience I won't be staying their again...

The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful overall experience was good..internet was down for a bit but Jon was right on it to do his best to get it back up and running with tech support...

Staff sets the mood, front desk clerk had no skills dealing with public. She clearly did not want to be there, and made me feel the same. FYI, if show up a few minutes before 3:00, they tell you in the most unprofessional way to come back after 3:00 cause they will not help you until 3:00.

Unpleasant Odor and Itching Desk clerks were very friendly and helpful, I was not very happy with the room. Due to the fact that I was there for a graduation for my granddaughter, I had no time to make any other arrangements. The room smelled of urine and it seemed like the room had occupied pets. My sister and I had irritated eyes and body itch.
