The Extended Stay on Rio Rancho Blvd has become our go to when we are visiting family. Staff are friendly. We love the ability to cook meals in our room. The washer and dryer are a great amenity and reasonably priced at $2.50 a load. Rooms are clean upon check-in and stocked with towels, toiletries, and extra garbage bags.
Clean room and very spacious. You can cook, just need to bring your own cooking stuff and have you have your refrigerator. Awesome!!

Great staff, great Stay.. clean and comfortable
Room was clean and in good condition. Staff was courteous. However, I had to check out earlier than I had booked and the hotel receptionist said that Expedia would have to refund me and that I should call Expedia. Expedia said that that the hotel had to reimburse me. So, I left upset because I don’t know who is right and feared I would not get a refund at all.

Super friendly staff! Always clean! We have stayed here three or more times!
The rooms feel very cold and unwelcoming. The hotel itself doesn’t offer much other then location convenience. The free continental breakfast has got to be the saddest display that I’ve ever seen. Don’t even waste your time going down for the coffee. I’d only stay again if I was desperate and without any other options.
