There weren't any pillows or towels. When we asked for them, they said to use the ones in the room. Ummm... there wasn't any in the room.

Nice stay Hotel was very clean nice area. Only thing is no cups at all in my room no coffee maker but I didn’t need coffee just cups. Rooms are very big and spacious lots of great natural lighting
My keys did not work after check-in… They refused to come up and give me new ones so I had to lug all my luggage back down two Long hallways and an elevator with poor knees and back to get new keys! Poor poor poor poor Customerservice
