When we arrived they did not have a room for us. There was someone in the room assigned to us. Once the person was removed we were given a dirty room. Hair in the shower, dog food on the floor. We asked for fresh bedding and changed the sheets ourselves. They were to clean the room the next day and did not do a good job. Hair was still in the shower and dog food still in the floor.

There were no bath towels in my room. I called the front desk to ask for towels and no one ever showed up. I ended up using the hand towels to dry off after showering. I was only there one night so I made do. It’s just an inconvenience.

Guess coffee & a muffin is what they call breakfast no pool even if website says theres a pool

Squeaky bed I was real disappointed because the bed was in really bad condition, real squeaky any movement on top of the bed and it would make a noise. I asked the manager to get another room and I was denied. We left early.

Not staying here again!! When arrived the lazy guy behind the counter said he couldn’t find my reservation. Had to call hotels.com they called him and it was there the whole time. 2nd floor reeked of marijuana. They even had a window open for the smell. Dog poop all over the grass outside. The tub in our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time

Tried ext stay and it seemed exhuasti g Not great, it was 9 pm and guest host seemed bothered we were checking in and seemed sleepy. Got to the room, pull out couch had no bedding in the room. Had to call 2x, 5 minutes in between and just no..
