Very courteous, personable staff. Helpful above and beyond. Room very clean, attractive, spacious. Only one single complaint: the incredibly thin, cheap toilet tissue. Really guys.

Well Crap. The hallway had some kind of pills on it by the room door. The staff there were very un happy and unprofessional. There were no ice machines at all. We were told, your room is supplied with a refrigerator and freezer...gee thanks for the 4 icecubes! There were no normal hotel toiletries or small breakfast. Had to repeatedly ask for towels, had 1 wash cloth...the house keepers knocked on the door a few times trying to see if we were leaving early...also tried to pick up my husband outside! I liked that the staff suggested a few good places to go have dinner and when I asked her where can I go and buy perfume was quick to tell me about 2 malls. I didn't like that the garbage that was outside of the hotel when I checked in was still there when I checked out the next day

Exactly what you would expect Pros: Lots of space, comfortable bed, nice TV, great Wifi connection, awesome service, an easy and straightforward experience overall for the price. Cons: Elevator and room had funky smells, the bathroom smelled like cigarettes at one point, the quilt on the bed had noticeable stains, the floor had a huge sticky splotch, and the "free breakfast" was a small table with coffee, granola bars, and plastic wrapped mini muffins.
