Great Front desk personnel Front desk personnel were very polite and professional. I particularly commend Whitney the assistant Manager on her exceptional professionalism.

I liked the room location and its cleanliness and attention to detail. The breakfast items were a plus except that I don't drink coffee and the only option was hot chocolate. A juice beverage would be a nice addition.

Hotel staff was very nice and considerate. Everyone greeted us as we entered and left the building every time and held doors open for us. The room was spacious and smelled recently cleaned. Room had a fridge, stove top and a microwave. Blackout curtains were very nice for sleeping in. My only complaints were that my keycard stopped working after one day and that when the heat was turned on it made the room smell like burning hair and smoke. The toilet was noisy and the beds were a bit too firm.

Very courteous, personable staff. Helpful above and beyond. Room very clean, attractive, spacious. Only one single complaint: the incredibly thin, cheap toilet tissue. Really guys.
