Roaches Awful stay. The hotel looks goof from the outside, as well as the lobby. But the rooms is super outdated which isnt the the problem. Its just not as advertised. The room was infested qith roaches, which we realized the front desk did know about. She offered us $14 off of a $300 stay. How insulting. We couldent even switch rooms because the hotel was sold out. My bussiness partners were uncomfortable nd we left early in the morning.

Not the best trip Showed up and they had no record of my reservation. Called and they can't "call" the location to assist the front clerk. When checking out, they still couldn't find it. What was the point of reserving this?

By far, this is the WORST property I've been to. Yes, this isn't a 5-star hotel so I didn't expect the best, but I expected it to follow the description they provided. While I stayed there for 5 days due to work, the whole place smelled bad, the worst smell coming from the bathroom located in my room. Also, because my room was near the front lobby, even though the room was non-smoking, I could smell the smoke during my whole stay there. The hotel was overbooked. There was a strange man in my room when I arrived. The key card should be deactivtiated when the previous person checks out (it wasn't). Smelled like cigarette smoke even though apparently it is a smoke free hotel. However, there is free parking and the staff were accomidating and considerate. A recommendation is that those who book the rooms needs to have better communication with the hotel staff/management.
