We checked in to the hotel and were getting ready to go to an event when we found a bed bug on the mattress! When I went to speak with someone at the front desk to express our disgust and request to be checked out. The person at the desk didn't even seemed phased about the bed bugs. We were told we could leave and just communicate with the manager in the morning. It was horrible!

Unpleasant Experience at this Extended Stay Room was dirty and without the advertised in-room services. Additionally, upon requesting items, staff would not readily bring items to room, items that I had paid ahead to have in the room. Breakfast was a disappointment, as it included only a chocolate pre-packaged muffin and only sweetened coffee whitener. The room smelled like stale smoke, there were smoke stains on the counter in the bathroom and in the shower. The bed has hair under the sheet and hair on the toilet. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat.

front door was locked. Staff was in the back. Had to bang on the door several times to get him to come out. Asked for non smoking and clearly smelled like cigarettes. Bed was extremely hard and pillows were worn out. DO NOT STAY HERE !

Toilet was clogged for 2 of the 4 days there i told staff twices before leaving for work the fist time it was taken car second time never even touched for 2 days . The room was dirty something sticky all over the floor in the kitchen. 3 out of 5 washers broke and no room cleaning at all i had to get a vacuum and do it myself

We arrived at the hotel to find a small crowd gathered and a sign that read “on break be back in 40”. One of the other guests waiting to check in mentioned that he had already been waiting for 20 minutes. A resident came out of his room and told us that the sign had been up for hours.
