The hotel itself was very adequate however I booked two rooms and upon arrival only one was prepared the girl at the front desk was very kind and worked to resolve the problem as they had to hustle to clean a second room. The overall outcome was acceptable it was just disappointing that they were not fully prepared when we arrived

When we arrived they did not have the double rooms that we reserved via Expedia. They quickly accommodated us by giving us a great discount on three single rooms. Staff was so caring and friendly. We were informed that Expedia often over book rooms, we made our reservations two months in advance. Expedia should ensure customers get what they purchase.
My stay was amazing, they service was great Glinda was AMAZING! Great customer service!! She made my stay just that much better with her kindness! Definitely will book another stay here!
