Very comfortable Bed is very comfortable. Dark room to get good sleep. Captioned on tv doesn’t work. I’m deaf. Little disappointed.

I like the small kitchenette however it would be nice to have to have dishes, etc without having to ask for them

Day of check-in, Glinda was absolutely outstanding. She’s very nice and helpful! The following day, there was a guy (didn’t catch name) at the service desk that wasn’t as friendly and almost a little rude. Didn’t like that fact that you have to go give towels to them in order to get new towels, I thought that was ridiculous but you get what you pay for.

Funky smell The hotel is old and outdated. They allow pets, the first room we checked in smelled bad.
