There was no coffee or take away breakfast available. We were offered a peanut butter granola bar.

Sub-Par I thought this hotel was going to be pretty decent since it’s in a good area of town with several hotels around it and that are all new builds. The first thing they said was there is no smoking but the lobby smelled like someone had just lit a cigarette in it. The hallway walls were filthy the next morning we witnessed I guess what to be some long term “lady” residents being kicked out and their stuff was all piled at the end of the hallway in front of the stairs.

Oversold... Requested a room with two beds for my brother and I but apparently they sold them before we arrived. Sold all the king rooms too. So my brother I ended up sharing a room with one queen bed. Attendant wasn't aware where any outdoor security cameras were either to look over the parking lots. Didn't ask me if I had pet either so I ended up not paying any pet fees which I'm ok with since they sold my room.
