When I arrived to my rooms( had 2 ) both bathrooms had not been cleaned, refrigerators were filthy and had not been touched, microwave and kitchen floor dirty! Unacceptable for a guest to check in at 2:30am and rooms are not clean. Thankfully the front desk clerk came and cleaned both areas for both rooms. Also, no matter what time of day, afternoon or nighttime you go to the front desk, no one is ever there to assist you.
