The hitel overbooked rooms, which made the check in a nightmare trying to get a room to accommodate my family.

What a god awful property! Your staff needs training on how to be professional and smile what a very cringe interaction I had with this lady I almost cancelled on the spot. Also don’t state your w smoke free hotel when the entire hall smaller of crash cigarettes I even asked to be put on the first floor because of my child and wasn’t even accommodated. Just a very sad sad stay. I wouldn’t pay more than $20 to stay here. On a positive notes discovered another hotel down the street cheaper than you and had better service

Nightmare hotel! Do not stay here! Dirty room, management would not help! Charged for a fresh towel! Rude maids, desk help is NO help! Rude employees! I'll Never go here again! Not Worth $125 a night!!!!! Hot water or ice cold water, couldn't even take a shower!!!!

Stay Away! I booked my stay at Extended Stay America Suites – Appleton through Hotels.com for 9 nights. My wife had total knee replacement surgery, and we felt that she would have too much trouble trying to climb the stairs to our second-floor condo, so we booked a handicapped accessible room in a place with an elevator. We paid for the entire 9-night stay in advance. After staying 5 nights, she was feeling better and her physical therapist told her she could climb stairs. Would NOT recommend Appleton location The room was clean, but there was a lingering smell. The hotel does accept pets, which we had as well, so we just accepted the smell as being from a previous guest with an animal too. We booked on Hotels.com, and were quoted a specific price per night, for the two weeks. However, upon arrival, our quoted price was not honored, and we were charged over $20 more per night. Room was ok, hallways were filthy and smelled bad. There were no dishes in the “fully stocked kitchen” couldn’t find an ice machine, and unable to get ahold of staff for extra pillows and bedding.
