The floors were dirty. Some of the walls looked like food and/or drinks were splashed on them. The housekeepers were very helpful.

Room was dirty. Their 10 point cleanliness check was not done. Soap scum in bath tub. Bathroom door would not close properly. Broken picture frame on wall. Given a coffee maker that had mouldy leftover coffee grinds in it. The microwave was broken, sparks flying around when I first used it and it took them two days to replace. Fridge was filthy. The person at the desk didn't know what they were doing. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for the to check out a family in front of us and when it was finally our turn, they said we didn't have a reservation, even though I was showing them the confirmation email. Eventually, they hand me over the iPad and I ended up doing their job (searching for my reservation and checking myself in).

Unfortunately the room smelled horribly with many large, terrible stains all over on the carpet. Even the room entry hard flooring had stain challenges. We needed to keep the windows open to air the room out. The hotel finishes are old and dated. I would not want to stay there again, unfortunately.

There was old water bottles shoved under the bed, the fridge had visible yellow grime on it. I was charged for one night apparently and then they shut my card off and so I had to pay two different times but I’ve been so busy I haven’t checked to make sure it was the price I booked it for. It was just way below what my expectations were and that’s saying something since I’m not picky.
Accommodations were ok but refrigerator was LOUD, room smelled like an old smoker and I moved the chair to watch tv and there was old food, chips etc etc under chair - gross!! Will not stay again.
