Front desk hours are limited. One of the bed mattress laid on the floor with no bed frame while the box spring was leaning against the wall. One bed didn't have a set of blanket nor linen. Didn't get house cleaning and and replacement of bathing towels. 1 out of 5 stars.

Upon checking in the key didn't work and we had to use the stairs to the third floor. No luggage carts. After getting a working key we went into the room and it was dirty. The toilet was dirty inside and out. There were also dogs barking nearby. We moved to a different room which was also very dirty. There was a can of spilled Sprite on the floor, dirty socks under the bed, toenail clippings on the floor, and hair all over the bathroom—another trip down the stairs to request a broom from the desk. My husband and I have used this hotel in the past and liked it because we travel with our dog and it happens to be close to our favorite rstaurant,Nakishimas. We haven't been here in a few years and it was extremely disappointing! The room was filthy. The bathroom sink was clogged and the refrigerator sounded like it was going to die any minute. Literally worst bed and pillows EVER. Hard as a rock and the bedding was super scratchy and rough. Everything seemed clean, but I felt like I was super paranoid about bed bugs and what not. Carpet was so faded and dingy looking, I refused to walk barefoot in the room.. Glad there was nothing extended about my stay! First hotel Ive ever checked out of BEFORE 8am, not to catch a flight, but because I was ready to get the heck out of there. Mediocre coffee in the lobby in with super stale tasting muffins. Will NOT be back!

Not recommended, but was functional. Not so great. Check-in was fine, but the hotel is not clean. Cons: Bath tub was dirty. Bathroom was very tiny, had to walk around toilet to close the door. No hot water for shower. The stove was not working properly, the dial does not match with the temperature - had to turn until it worked. Front desk gave us some dirty mugs - not sure how it could be provided to customers, clearly they were not washed - food scraps and stains inside the cup. Brown water came out of the kitchen sink. Very unclean, to put it nicely… will not return.

No one was at the front desk when I tried to check in, I rang the desk bell 4 times and still no one came, I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up at the front desk so, I left and had to find another hotel, I want a refund please.
