I booked this room for my adult children to attend a conference. Upon check in they had to wait 30 minutes then were told the room that I booked over a month in advance was not available. I booked two double beds and they were put in a TINY room with one double bed. Once in the room, they discovered the sheets had not been washed. The manager was not accommodating and took advantage of their young age.

The place was a little run down. The floor was dirty when we arrived: leaf particles under the night stand and a mini marshmallow under the table. It had obviously not been swept very well. Another frustrating part was the slightly misleading amenities listed. There was technically "included breakfast", but it was only prepackaged oatmeal, granola bars, and muffins. Nothing else. Floors sticky, horrible sewage smell whenever toilet was flushed, stayed for 4 days and never once got house keeping to come by and restock towels or toilet paper, had to go to lobby and grab ourselves everytime. Mold on ceiling of bathroom, would like a full refund really unbearable.

Room was dirty to include the bed coverings/blanket. Stayed two nights, they did not service the room. Had to go to office to request towels and toiletries. Bathroom mirror frame was falling apart. Will not be recommending this place to anyone asking.
