Bad Still waiting for my refund from booking.com I paid thru booking.com the token that booking.com provides for the hotel to accept my payment was not working spend over 2 hours on the phone ended paying out of pocket and booking has not refund me! Hotel had bed bugs I had to leave called the front desk did not offer to accommodate me to another room or options not even my refund for paying out of pocket to a room that I did not use at all! I have pictures and videos. Absolutely nothing

Horrible Horrible hotel My first night the room they put me in didn't have hot water didn't have a working heater. Only had sheets on the bed,the main room light above the bed was out, the remote control didn't work the TV. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana to the point my lungs were burning. I constantly was going to the front desk every time I discovered issues.
