Great location and friendly staff The staff was very nice and accommodating! They made sure we had what we needed and printed tickets for us. The hotel was in a great location. It wasn’t too far from the Biltmore and it was very close to downtown Asheville. The only complaint was the very uncomfortable pillows, however the staff were great and gave us extra brand new ones!

If you're looking for a place to sleep for the night that is reasonably priced, this is a nice place to go. The staff was really friendly and it was clean. We were on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet. They advertise breakfast, but it is really grab and go snacks with coffee. But since you have a full kitchen in your room, I didn't find this an issue. Just would have liked to known prior to my first morning.
