Close to downtown Asheville. The hotel was convenient but well worn. Not having automatic doors made it difficult to move the luggage cart in and out.

Ok Hotel is adequate but the bed had no comforter and the noise from the hallway, with doors slamming so loudly, made it not very comfortable. They really need to somehow insulate the doors so they don’t slam so loud. Even doors down the hall were very loud.

Great hotel! Not too far from downtown, easy access, great hotel for the price, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is polite and professional.

The hotel & staff was great overall. I rated cleanliness neutral based on the shower stall alone. It had shampoo/conditioner running down the shower wall & hair all in it. It didn’t appear to have been touched by the cleaning staff. The rest of the room was very clean. I did report this to the desk clerk who said he would pass it on to the appropriate people but that’s as far as it went.

Right for the price Other hotels in the area are 30% to 300% more expensive. Still I’d hou want to buy your own coffee grinds, front desk will provide a coffee maker for you. It’s clean, friendly staff, coffee in the lobby. I will stay there again.
