Overall, very pleased. I would rate it a 7-7.5 of 10. The "queen" wasn't a queen, and the complimentary breakfast was a "grab and go". Coffee and granola bar or muffin.
Nice Hotel--Poor Staff The hotel is well maintained, and clean. No concerns about the facility. It is located one block off of the main road (Tunnel Rd), so no traffic issues. There is a nice restaurant next door. But the staff needs work. Check in took way too long. There was no one else in front of me. The employee just seemed unsure how to handle assigning rooms (I had two). The next morning, I went through the lobby on my way out for breakfast about 7:00 am. Great value hotel in Asheville I was in town for a bike race and this hotel was just what I needed for an overnight stay. Clean, spacious rooms with a kitchen which was a bonus. The staff was very friendly and would go out their way to help. The location and parking was great too. My room was very clean but kind if smelled like the previous guest had been cooking ramen noodles, but other than that no complaints. decent place to stay a fairly decent place with enough parking spaces. the hot-cold water temp adjustment was off in the shower.

Hotel Cheaply Made This wasn't a horrible experience but never stayed in a hotel this cheaply made. I felt like I was in a boarding house. The walls were paper thin, I could hear (and feel) the person next to me snore, cough, sneeze, etc. I could hear people in the hall even if they were whispering. The sink didn't drain well and the toilet didn't flush properly. All worked but felt like I was in an old house. Location and view is as advertised, nice.

There was a mixup with Expedia & the lady at the front desk took care of it & was friendly & professional. The room was clean & comfortable. I will stay here anytime I go to Asheville.

It was nice, perfect for an expensive trip My Girlfriend and I checked in on friday, it went smoothly. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and the fridge was large which was nice. I would stay again.
