Good Hotel in a pinch Not bad shape. Seems like it was just renovated on a really low budget. Bathroom could use some help. Was mostly occupied by long term workers. Staff was nice enough but didn't seem to happy to be there. Overall a safe environment with no frills.

Cheap hotel with flooding issue At check-in, we were told that they had a flood in a room on the third floor so a lot of rooms were out of commission and they had dehumidifiers to keep the moisture down. We ended up across the hall from one of the flooded rooms and the hallway was VERY hot. We had to maneuver our way around the machinery to get to our room. Great Extended Stay Option The staff was wonderful, the location was excellent and it was quiet and peaceful.
fair hotel. Nothing great and nothing terrible
Good value for Asheville Overall, it was a great experience. Wifi didn't work. They were having "problems." I didn't like that people were allowed to smoke near the front door, despite a sign clearly stating there was to be no smoking with 100 ft. I even observed several hotel staff smoking there. The hotel was very accommodating for for pets and even had a designated area for pets to relieve themselves.
