Okay place to stay The good - front desk employee, Debbie I think, who checked us in was better than fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and the furniture was comfortable. The location made it easy to navigate to multiple locations in and around Asheville. The bad - no coffee service in the room and no cups. We were asked at check in if we planned to cook but didn't think coffee counted as cooking. No channel listing for the t.v. was frustrating. We weren't in room a lot but had to go for cups, ask if they had blow dryer told a lot were stolen but when I went for cups they found one. Then I called to say why does fire detector in rm. 220 have a walmart plastic bag over it and taped off with black electrical tape(desk making note to get it changed out later after we leave)? Also no wash clothes in room. Locations was good to get to Biltmore Estates, close to restaurants. Price seemed a little high but guessing bc of location. Seemed clean to us.
Convenient, pretty clean hotel. This hotel was clean and a fine place to stay for a quick weekend trip. The bed was a little small for my liking. I'm not sure, maybe it was a queen. Just like other Extended Stays, you do not receive housekeeping except once a week. Since we were there only for the weekend, we didn't receive it at all. We also had an issue with a neighbor deciding to play his guitar and serenade a female companion after midnight one night. They did quiet down after we reported the noise to the front office. Room could have been cleaner and I suggest bringing your own hairdryer (not provided), they staff did everything to make it right, so I am very grateful for that.
Not bad at all
Bare minimum but clean The kitchens have nothing in them, you must borrow the items you need to cook or eat with. WiFi was very hard to get on and weak. Otherwise it was OK and served the purpose of being close enough to Great Smoky Mountains
