Good Experience Nice hotel with a good price. It's not gonna wow you but if you want a reasonable price and clean room, then this is it. We stayed there overnight to go to the Biltmore that was only a 10 minute drive.

Ok hotel - Just aged Hotel was ok, but obviously dated. The Continental breakfast comprised of a table in the lobby with coffee and a couple packaged items. Not much of anything
Comfy & Clean Great room for the price. No frills but clean, comfy, quiet & minutes away from downtown. Would def stay here again.

family vacation The hotel staff appeared to be incoherent and charged my visa the wrong amount. The cleaning staff and person the next day running the first desk were having inappropriate conversation in front of guest.

Okay place to stay The good - front desk employee, Debbie I think, who checked us in was better than fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and the furniture was comfortable. The location made it easy to navigate to multiple locations in and around Asheville. The bad - no coffee service in the room and no cups. We were asked at check in if we planned to cook but didn't think coffee counted as cooking. No channel listing for the t.v. was frustrating. We weren't in room a lot but had to go for cups, ask if they had blow dryer told a lot were stolen but when I went for cups they found one. Then I called to say why does fire detector in rm. 220 have a walmart plastic bag over it and taped off with black electrical tape(desk making note to get it changed out later after we leave)? Also no wash clothes in room. Locations was good to get to Biltmore Estates, close to restaurants. Price seemed a little high but guessing bc of location. Seemed clean to us.
