Good price close to downtown I thought for the price it was a good clean hotel with attentive staff.. my only issue was that there were only 3 pillows on the bed, hubby and I like to use a lot of pillows and by the time I got to the room after our show I felt it was to late to request more. But we had no real issues with the place and it was a quick 7 min drive to the heart of downtown.

Nice place Nice hotel for the price. Very clean and new. Queen bed seemed really small- maybe it was really a full. Otherwise, nice place to stay and convenient to restaurants.

Beer City Festival Weekend My Husband and I went to the Beer City Festival this past weekend in Asheville. The hotel was a mile from downtown. We walked from the hotel to the Roger McGuire Park. We had a great time visiting Asheville and the hotel staff were super nice and friendly and made out weekend great. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone traveling to Asheville and wanting to enjoy Downtown.
Overall, very pleased. I would rate it a 7-7.5 of 10. The "queen" wasn't a queen, and the complimentary breakfast was a "grab and go". Coffee and granola bar or muffin.
Nice Hotel--Poor Staff The hotel is well maintained, and clean. No concerns about the facility. It is located one block off of the main road (Tunnel Rd), so no traffic issues. There is a nice restaurant next door. But the staff needs work. Check in took way too long. There was no one else in front of me. The employee just seemed unsure how to handle assigning rooms (I had two). The next morning, I went through the lobby on my way out for breakfast about 7:00 am.
