Nice for the price! The hotel was a short ride away from downtown Asheville. The hotel was clean, comfortable and pleasant. You had to ask for every cup, pot, dish towel, etc., but the front desk was happy to give it to you uf you asked. Our room was not cleaned or picked up the 5 days we stayed, but we didn't make a met, so it wasn't a big deal. This place was very reasonably priced and we would definitely book again.

Paper thin walls Clean room, excellent location, but paper thin walls. We heard everyone all night long. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room itself was nice and clean.

Location is OK rooms were clean For the price it's a good value pet friendly a lot of restaurants around can't really see the mountains real well

Convenient, No Frills, Pet-Friendly Hotel I took a day to see the Biltmore on my trip South with my pups in mid-Dec 2015. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. There is a $25/night per pet fee, but no fuss. They have a small kitchenette with full sized refrigerator and sink. You can get dishes and cups from the front desk. Good convenient hotel We spent a week here in October while visiting Asheville. It was convenient to have access to a full size refrigerator and stove so that we could cook some meals and save some money. The hotel was off the main road, so it was generally very quiet when we stayed (we did ask for a room facing east and away from the main road). Everything was fine but only two wash cloths and two hand towels. Had three people staying in room. Also not enough disposable cups. Had to ask for those things from maid service. Thank goodness she was on our floor. No ice machines on floor that I know of. Was only there one night no time to freeze any!
Oof Hotel is of of main road, there are better choices in terms of location. Staff was friendly and appropriate. Bed was hard as a rock. Refrigerator roared all night, waking me every time the cooling unit fired up. Between that and the AC unit going on and off I got very little sleep. When I asked the front desk if they had a pool they responded, "Honey, you're paying for the kitchen, not a pool." The kitchen area was in fact very nice. Would not recommend overall
