Oof Hotel is of of main road, there are better choices in terms of location. Staff was friendly and appropriate. Bed was hard as a rock. Refrigerator roared all night, waking me every time the cooling unit fired up. Between that and the AC unit going on and off I got very little sleep. When I asked the front desk if they had a pool they responded, "Honey, you're paying for the kitchen, not a pool." The kitchen area was in fact very nice. Would not recommend overall
Halloween Went to Asheville to see Widespread Panic's Halloween concerts. Extended Stay had the cheapest rates for the weekend. Cheap does not mean bad. I came by Greyhound and due to the schedule was very early. I was allowed to have a room when it became available. I will be happy to stay at the same place if I come back to Asheville.

Best Hotel Best hotel i've stayed at in a long time. Pet friendly even with an American Bully people call a "pit bull" (who of course is friendly) but they came out behind the counter and gave him treats. EVERYONE was very friendly and courteous

They charged the wrong credit card. Now I have to spend my time calling them,getting them to fix it.

Not your average hotel You should know when you are looking - although each room has a full kitchen there are basic hotel ammenities that were missing - no one at the front desk all night, no vending or ice machine. There are kitchen utensils available if you ask for them. Because people cook in their rooms, the hallway has an unfortunate smell. Toilet paper and tissues were basically sandpaper. However the staff was friendly and it was for the most part expected considering the price.

Weekend in Asheville Considering the selling point of this Hotel, having a full-size stove and refrigerator was a good trade off for limited room service. Bed was very comfortable. Upgrading to faster WiFi was a disappointment considering the fact that much cheaper hotels have triple the speeds found at this particular chain we visited over the weekend. Excellent and a Bargain Everything worked in this hotel. A lot of planning went into the room. Lights were where you needed them, even for reading in bed. The queen bed was comfortable. Breakfast did not include hot dishes, but was very adequate with fruit and instant hot cereals along with both chewy and crunchy breakfast bars. We had a small kitchen area in our room, so could keep ice trays filled and snacks on hand. And the room rate was less than other better known hotels that always have some sort of problem. Great experience My friend and I went to Asheville to check out the city mostly to see whether or not it would be a good place to move. While the hotel itself was not right in downtown, it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and everyone was friendly. It was not loud or uncomfortable. We did not really ever use their breakfast options as finding good local brunch places is a thing with us, but it was nice to know that grab and go stuff was available.
