Outdated I’ve stayed at many Extended Stays- this is was by far the most outdated one I’ve seen.

Asheville The check-in was prolonged by technical issues. The Front desk folks were very apologetic and worked to correct the issue. The bed was not the best. The room was very clean and well enjoyed.

Clean & Friendly
Almost There, but Missing the Mark There was no hairdryer in the room. I had not brought one, and this was disconcerting. Presence of a hair dryer in hotels is so common that I felt misled. It was an extended stay hotel with microwave, refrigerator, etc. However, there were no dishes or glasses. I would have appreciated knowing that in advance. The "breakfast" was very limited (muffins, Granola bars, coffee/tea.)

Excellent staff love Allison at the Front Desk and all the staff is amazing. Hotel kept clean! When so is broken they fix it right away didn’t even have to ask.
The staff was wonderful, room is clean. Couldn’t ask for more. Very satisfied
