Clean hotel close to downtown I was there between Christmas and New Year's with my dog. All the downtown hotels were fully booked with jacked up prices. Extended Stay was 2 miles from downtown but very reasonably priced. Most importantly the room was clean and I felt comfortable staying there.

Asheville Trip Staff treated me well. Wasn't able to check in on time due to staff shortage--typical of hotels today. Wasn't able to get the room that was reserved--disappointing, yet typical. HOWEVER, the staff quickly made adjustments and was able to give my party accommodations. They were confused again the next morning when they knocked on the door and wanted to know if we were going to check out. Of course they were wrong, I had prepaid for 2 nights. overall a good hotel for the price - didn't have many amenities but I didn't need them anyways a good hotel for just a place to sleep and hang out.
Nice place The room was ok. The hotel hallway had smell like old food or dirty Landry, however price was good and hotel was close too everything mall, places to eat and Biltmore.

Great Location, but not so good hotel. The location of the hotel was wonderful. When we checked in the front desk attendants were in another room behind closed doors and come stumbling out laughing as if they'd been doing something they shouldn't have. I had called the hotel prior to booking and was informed that only a certain amount of the rooms had been updated, so at check in I requested an updated room.
