Asheville Trip Staff treated me well. Wasn't able to check in on time due to staff shortage--typical of hotels today. Wasn't able to get the room that was reserved--disappointing, yet typical. HOWEVER, the staff quickly made adjustments and was able to give my party accommodations. They were confused again the next morning when they knocked on the door and wanted to know if we were going to check out. Of course they were wrong, I had prepaid for 2 nights. overall a good hotel for the price - didn't have many amenities but I didn't need them anyways a good hotel for just a place to sleep and hang out.
Nice place The room was ok. The hotel hallway had smell like old food or dirty Landry, however price was good and hotel was close too everything mall, places to eat and Biltmore.

Great Location, but not so good hotel. The location of the hotel was wonderful. When we checked in the front desk attendants were in another room behind closed doors and come stumbling out laughing as if they'd been doing something they shouldn't have. I had called the hotel prior to booking and was informed that only a certain amount of the rooms had been updated, so at check in I requested an updated room. The hotel attendant advised me then that the pictures online or on expedia or not actually what the rooms look like. S... read more

Great weekend escape Di dnot know what to expect, never been to this type of hotel before. We were positivelly surprised with the location (less than 5 min from the city center), courtesy of the staff, grab-&-go breakfast. The feeling of the room could be improved though. Overall, this hotel is a very good value for the money.
Room smelled a little funny. We had to open windows on arrival. The breakfast was coffee, grits packets, and packaged muffins. Aside from those things I slept well and everything else was as it should be.
1st room was bad 2nd room was good The 1st room we stayed in was very noisy, the AC was rattling and made extremely loud noisey all night which kept us awake. We asked to be moved from that room and the hostess did that quickly and without issue. The 2nd room was perfect, no issues and we slept well.
