It's Fine Some peeling paint in bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Clean. Good location equi-distant between Biltmore House and Grove Park Inn. As expected for reasonable price.
Convenient for visit to Bella Vista We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Bella Vista, where we were visiting. The front desk staff were very pleasant and parking was easy. Our room was a good size and the kitchen area was certainly more than adequate.The recliner didn't work and the carpet felt damp. Everything thing else about the room was fine. Easy for a short stay Good price for a quick trip. 10 minute drive to downtown Asheville.

Alright Clean room, cheaper, close to downtown. Served our needs--thought it was a little strange that I had to call and then go to the front desk to get soap, but they did provide it for free.
Good location Good location right off the highway. Great value for the money
Room was nicely laid out with nice kitchen however the kitchen area was not clean. Didn't feel comfortable using dishes, microwave, or fridge due to lack of cleanliness. Bed was nice but blankets had stains.

drab, worn out rooms. good location. The furnishings and interiors really need updating. Grimy carpets. Tear them out, replace with hardwood and new desks. Shower needed some work too. No ice machines. Old smelly Ice in freezers.
