overall a good hotel for the price - didn't have many amenities but I didn't need them anyways a good hotel for just a place to sleep and hang out.
Nice place The room was ok. The hotel hallway had smell like old food or dirty Landry, however price was good and hotel was close too everything mall, places to eat and Biltmore.

Great Location, but not so good hotel. The location of the hotel was wonderful. When we checked in the front desk attendants were in another room behind closed doors and come stumbling out laughing as if they'd been doing something they shouldn't have. I had called the hotel prior to booking and was informed that only a certain amount of the rooms had been updated, so at check in I requested an updated room. Great weekend escape Di dnot know what to expect, never been to this type of hotel before. We were positivelly surprised with the location (less than 5 min from the city center), courtesy of the staff, grab-&-go breakfast. The feeling of the room could be improved though. Overall, this hotel is a very good value for the money.
Room smelled a little funny. We had to open windows on arrival. The breakfast was coffee, grits packets, and packaged muffins. Aside from those things I slept well and everything else was as it should be.
1st room was bad 2nd room was good The 1st room we stayed in was very noisy, the AC was rattling and made extremely loud noisey all night which kept us awake. We asked to be moved from that room and the hostess did that quickly and without issue. The 2nd room was perfect, no issues and we slept well.

I'll stay again! Great location and very competitive rates for the area. The fact these units have a full fridge and kitchen is a great pro to staying here. Updated amenities that include a flat screen TV are perks as well. We came for Mountain Oasis Music Fest, and had a pleasant stay overall. The close proximity to Downtown Asheville was ideal, as well as its proximity to surrounding restaurants. Couldn't have asked for much more. I'll stay again.
