1st room was bad 2nd room was good The 1st room we stayed in was very noisy, the AC was rattling and made extremely loud noisey all night which kept us awake. We asked to be moved from that room and the hostess did that quickly and without issue. The 2nd room was perfect, no issues and we slept well.

I'll stay again! Great location and very competitive rates for the area. The fact these units have a full fridge and kitchen is a great pro to staying here. Updated amenities that include a flat screen TV are perks as well. We came for Mountain Oasis Music Fest, and had a pleasant stay overall. The close proximity to Downtown Asheville was ideal, as well as its proximity to surrounding restaurants. Couldn't have asked for much more. I'll stay again.

Good hotel near downtown Asheville The hotel rooms are in good condition, the staff is friendly. It was an overall nice stay.

Great room for last minute booking The room was very clean and comfortable but the hotel is a little hard to find as it is on a side street from the main road and we did not see a sign for the hotel. The staff was courteous and informative.
Basic Stay I was discouraged upon check in. Both front desk staff were away from the desk and I had to wait approx. 10 minutes to check in at 6pm. Room was large. Stairwells smelled like garbage due to the trash cans there. Room had old mold spots in the bathroom on the ceiling. It was cleaned, but should have been painted or repaired.
Fair hotel Nothing available at this hotel at all, even for purchase.

Convenient to many sightseeing venues,easy to get Comfortable,staff very helpful,would stay here again
Early Girl Resturant Okay place to stay if you're not real picky about the hotel. Functional not fancy is how I would put it. If you like real cream for your coffee (and good coffee) bring your own. TV good and bed is comfortable.
