Okay Very basic and very motel like. Breakfast was a to go set up. Bed was minimal quality. No closet doors.

Great Place but Hotels.com booked room as smoking. Great place, Great Desk person. We had a late arrival, got their last room. It was smoking but was OK except for brown goo dripping from roof of the bathroom from the smoking. We don't know how Hotels.com had us as smoking. We always ask for non-smoking.

Good value for spacious modern room Very modern and clean. I had booked it, intending to cook my own dinner there but the means to do so are a bit limited. There are a few saucepans, the sharp knolife is very small and there are no supplies for cleaning the dishes. I didn't see any microwave safe dishes other than the ones you would eat from. The room is spacious and the bed was comfortable. We had no hot water first thing in the morning, but that was fixed quickly and 30 minutes later the water was hot enough to use. I'd st... read more

Good location. close to hwy Even though my stay was very brief but i had good night sleep. Location is great.

centrally located to everything I needed I enjoyed my experience at Extended Stay America tunnel road. My son lives in the area and this site was very close to his home. I also enjoyed the fact that my dog was also welcomed. It made my visit a lot less stressful. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Easy Access The room was dated but fine for just a short stay. It did smell as if someone had smoked in the room being an extended stay facility, I would imagine some would break the rules here. Very bare bones, but again for two nights stay it was fine to change clothes in. Front desk guy very friendly and young. Walls are VERY thin was difficult to get to sleep with the guests next to us up all night! Only negative thing to say is on the first floor you could hear everyone around you.

nice This was nice for a short stay. Good value . Friendly staff. Not a lot of carry out places bit that's not the hotels fualt . I would stay here again.
