Biltmore Trip Room was very dusty and had stink bugs throughout the room, even crawling on the bed pillows. Staff said that this was a typical Asheville, North Carolina infestation.

Good service, just outdated. Service was super friendly. The room we stayed in was dated, and noisy. There were zero amenities like blow dryer, shampoo,etc. It was fine for 1 night stay in a pinch, but not sure I would book again.

We chose this hotel because it had an equipped kitchen (extended stay). There was no access to drinking glasses, ice bucket, kitchenware (spoons, forks ect). We had to ask the second night. The room smelled unclean during the whole stay and the heater / AC couldn't be programmed to a specific temperature (it kept shutting off all the time). The staff was notified but nothing changed. Poor experience overall.

Not worth it This was a highly worn out and dirty hotel. I found trash, gum/food wrappers, etc. under the bed and chairs. There was not any easily accessible outlets near the bed to charge my phone at night. The heater unit did not work for most of the night and there was not any cups or utensils in the kitchen area. I also questioned my safety when I went to my car at 10:30 p.m. and saw that the door from the stairs to the parking lot was propped open and no one was around this entrance. The property was well maintained, a bit outdated. Cleanliness was okay. The option that were presented were a room for $84 with a continental breakfast or a room for $95 with a "Full Breakfast". We chose the latter as we wanted the better value. To our surprise, the only thing hot was the coffee and hot water. No eggs, bacon, etc. Just a grab-and-go setup. Sold my prepaid room? I had already PREPAID for my room, when I arrived for check-in, they had already SOLD my room to someone else! How can they even do that? They said they had tried to call me but there was no phone number with the reservation.... which is impossible to book without a phone number. They offered no assistance in finding something else. It was a busy weekend in Asheville so I had to drive an hour away to find another room.
