A little customer service wouldn't hurt. If you guys are going to have elderly people working the front desk, please make sure that she's not grumpy and at least say hello. She had us wait until she finished her private phone call and came out like we ate her sandwich. It made me want to turn around being that she had already set the tone of my discomfort. She didn't give us dishes or anything. I waited until the second shift arrived and walked in and out of the side entrance so, I wouldn't have to deal with her. Other than ... read more

When i first entered the room (226) there was a window open,WHY.The second day i seen ants in the bathroom.The TV reception was very poor.

Great Stay But Very Rude Customer service I have stayed at several of these locations might I say on Numerous occasions and NEVER have I received such Horrible customer service. She wasn't friendly, she ddidn' t greet me, she didn't smile, she made me feel like I was a inconvenience to her, she shoved the paper at me to sign all the while never explained anything to me or looked up. I FINALLY had enough and asked her if she really wanted to be there because I couldn't tell.All else was Good except her Attitude

Good location, cheap Good location in Alpharetta, that’s about all I can say. Cheap rate but you pay for what you get. Would not recommend for anything but a cheap place to sleep for 1 night.
