Good location, cheap Good location in Alpharetta, that’s about all I can say. Cheap rate but you pay for what you get. Would not recommend for anything but a cheap place to sleep for 1 night.

Older hotel that is alright for a nights stay. Room could have been a little cleaner. Is an extended stay hotel but there were no utensils, plates or glasses in the full kitchen. I guess you had to bring your own! Staff was pleasant and helpfull.

Very close to Avalon Okay basic extrended hotel, not a good place to bring your dog.

Comfy & clean Really nice, comfy & clean hotel! I checked in extremely late b/c I came from Florida. Staff gave me no problems! They were welcoming & sweet.

Convenient location and budget friendly Close to hwy 400 and the Avalon dining/shopping district. Price was good and rooms have kitchens. Older hotel but rooms were clean and fairly comfortable. Or toilet overflowed in our room the first time we flushed it. A nice woman (forget her name) came up and tried to fix it and clean up. We went to dinner and when we came back they gave us a different, larger room. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We were not on the property much, just a place to sleep at night.
