There seemed to be not nearly as much of a problem with cogarette smoke as I've had with the other two locations. But

Centrally located The Air conditioner About two feet from The bed. The Air was hitting my body. I had to turn it OFF . The Room was HOT and stuffy without The Air .The Staff On saturday told me I booked a Queen size bed to.Change my Room would be $10. Extra .that I booked tru a third party .I told Her I could not Breath with The Air . She told me this is what I booked It was a case of Money . I Travel From The Caribean I was up for 19 hours .my stayed was aweful .I slept No Air

FANTAB for our needs !!! I ENJOYED my stay extremely... The staff were delightful ...The GRAB and GO BREAKFAST was not what I expected ( I WANTED WAFFLES bigger muffins for what you pay daily on the rates) I had no problems with my stay thank God. However, I did hear of others concerns about their bathroom toilet ... Oh and they have a policy where you have to bring your towels to the front for new ones. Good value hotel! This hotel was very clean and in a good, safe location. There were simply no amenities. No ice, no coffee pot, and my TVs didn't work. There was quite a backlog at check in, and I was late to the dance recital because of it. The desk associate did not greet us with any sort of welcoming comment. Having said that, the morning coffee in the breakfast area was good, and I was fine with granola bars and muffins. Another associate later was very apologetic about no ice in the hotel.

Traveling with a dog. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade when I arrived. My dog was welcomed by the staff. My only suggestion for the room was that the only trash can was located in the bathroom. The kitchen could use one, too. My only suggestion for improvement for the hotel was that it should have a special area, preferably enclosed, where the dog could exercise. I've stayed in many hotel/motels with dogs. A few have been better, but lots have been worse.

GREAT HOTEL!! Wife and I were surprised to find this hotel so nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. The entire place was cozy. Very accessible to all locations within the Alpharetta, GA area.

Staff can't help with anything. Has no authorization for anything. Unwilling to call management to get help. Just shrugged shoulders. If management can't be available for issues, find competent people who can.
