There were no ice machines in the facility and no drinking cups available in the room. When I asked about getting some drinking cups at the front desk I was told none were available. It wasn't until I checked out that I learned from a sign at the desk that we could have been supplied with cups, plates, silverware, etc

Wasted time and extreme frustration. My main purpose for choosing this hotel was for the location and the ability to work from the hotel. I purchased high speed internet so I could work from the hotel while staying there however, a storm caused the internet to go out so, it was no longer available for the remaining of my stay. While I understand this was beyond the hotel's control, there was a hotel next door own by the same company with the same name but, I was not allowed to use the internet which caused me unexpected time... read more

close to the highway My stay was back at the end of May and it was a terrible stay. Wifi was out and due to weather the satellite tv would not display stations. Elevator was out as well which made things difficult with luggage. No apology or compensation from the staff when they asked how my stay was at check out, I did call the front desk when wifi and tv went out. Unless you are desperate for a place to sleep Id avoid this hotel.

Terrible Experience lack in service...two people services all the guest. missing light bulbs, have bugs, no ideal for what a breakfast means. Just a terrible experience.

Very rude guy at the front desk at night time. The night-shift clerk was very rude and disrespectful. The last thing I need after traveling all day and finally checking into my room is someone being unprofessional and disrespectful. This older guy was talking to me like I s his son and almost telling at me. I don't like getting into arguments, but this guy wouldn't stop so I had to put him in his spot!!

No daily maid service; and the room smelled, literally, like maple syrup.

The service people were not helpful and seem reluctant to help or just do the minimum. No amenities, no ice in the entire hotels and room seemed to be converted from smoking to non-smoking. It was clean though.

Only room in town. Last minute trip to Alpharetta and this was only place with rooms available. Next time I'll stay further out. Rooms were not well kept. Damaged furniture, stains, tub drain broken.
