I booked a two room suite. Arrived and it was a one room with 2 double beds. Learned that this location did not have 2 room suites. Hotel was booked so couldn’t get an extra suite. Website said continental breakfast. Nope. Coffee and granola bars only. Hallways smelled like terrible fish. Room was so humid and could not get cool. Staff were pleasant and helpful but often the lobby desk is unmanned with sign to call someone if helpnis needed. I called twice and waited 20 minutesfor assistance before I gave up. Didn’t like it No ice maker,on breakfast once they ran out they would not bring anymore out.its much more but I’m going to type it all I just won’t be taking my family back there

It was not a good experience overall. The rooms weren't as clean as one would think. The phone temporarily went out, blood on linens, rude staff, and false advertising with breakfast. I had two rooms reserved and I do not plan on returning.

Great program It was ok the room needs updating really bad. I switch rooms three times due to maintenance issues .

I would not recommend this hotel. The desk person was friendly and pleasant, but the TV didn't work, the decor was dingy, the room furniture was awkwardly located. The exterior looks nice and inviting, but the interior was shabby, old, and not well maintained.

Not worth the price. The woman who checked us in told us twice check out was at 11. We were then woken up at 10 for a courtesy call that check out was at 11. 10:40 housekeeping banged on our door trying to clean. The hallway smelled like mold and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, with very lightweight blankets. We both woke up to having back issues. We will not be coming back, expected more from this area.

Awful experience If you want to be woken up at 7 am by the cleaning person banging brooms on your door. Stay here. Front desk was always friendly but literally was woken up by a cleaner sweeping and banging on ever door on our floor and then management did nothing but say sorry. Will never stay there again.

Not what I expected For the price i spent on 2 nights here was not worth it. My room smelled strong of curry and spices, blanket had a sour odor, continental breakfast was a joke only consisted of oatmeal, bars and some coffee, and all hotel staff were not professional and attentive to my needs as a guest..
