Worse place I have ever stayed. Horrible experience came at 8 system was down couldn't check in until 11. Gave us the wrong room which made check in midnight never ever will i sat there again. No dishes not even a.coffee pot.

Do not stay here. Would not take my cash offered no other solutions to the problem. The person at the desk was snooty and rude. I ended up finding a different place that would take my cash.

It's a very old property and run down. The faucets barely work, the rooms smell of mold, there are cracks and holes in the walls and ceilings, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work and it's just in a huge need of an update. The wifi is horrible and the television has few channels and doesn't even come in HD.

Durante 3 noches que estuve en el establecimiento no hicieron arreglos de habitación , no cambiaron toallas , no pusieron jabón y champú !!! No tienen ni agua ni hielo !!! Y en el desayuno que dice que tienen incluido solo dan café y panque no deben mentir a sus clientes !!! Aparte de no tener una persona en la recepción durante la noche (mi llave no funciono y tuve que esperar 2 horas que alguien llegará y ayudará con eso )!!!! Pésimo el servicio

Terrible Front Desk Staff I understand that you get what you pay for at places like this but the front desk experience at this place was was extremely frustrating. They would not give me a receipt when I checked out at 6:30 AM. The guy at the desk, David I believe, claimed he didn't have access to the system so I couldn't get a receipt yet he checked me in previous stays after hours. I called earlier to confirm a very late check in. When I showed up I was treated very rudely. We ran out of hot water. Had to kill a roach in the bathroom. Weren’t given enough towels or bedding for the extra person we paid for in the room. Only decent person was the cleaning lady who tried to help us warm up some water.
